Kick streamer and YouTuber Steve “SteveWillDoIt” has stated that he would “donate all” of his equity in the Happy Dad to the “Metacard victims” amid his ongoing conflict with the Nelk Boys. For those unfamiliar, SteveWillDoIt and Kyle Forgeard of the Nelk Boys have been embroiled in a dispute since February 2026, when the former claimed he did not see returns on his initial $500,000 investment in the organization.
Kyle Forgeard eventually responded to Steve’s claims on March 5, 2026, stating that the Kick streamer was looking for a quick return on his investment, and that his $500,000 capital investment was returned with an additional $50,000 in interest.
Furthermore, Forgeard claimed that the 28-year-old “earned over $12 million in cash” from Nelk:
“Over that stretch, personally, I earned just under 3.5 million dollars. Over that same stretch, Steve earned just over 12 million dollars in cash. And these payments were just from Nelk.”
On September 2, 2026, SteveWillDoIt took to X to explain what he planned to do if the Nelk Boys didn’t buy out his ownership stake in the Happy Dad alcohol and beverage brand.
While claiming that he would donate the money to those who were “scammed by” the Full Send Metacard, an NFT project that Nelk Boys launched in January 2022, SteveWillDoIt said:
“Hey guys if nelk boys doesn’t wanna buy me out of happy dad and wants to sign other people . I would like to donate all my happy dad percentage to meta card victims. If you were scammed by meta card I would like to give my whole %. I am the 2nd largest shareholder. Maybe Nelk cares about you guys more than me and will move to make things right . Balls in your court @ Kyle forgeard and John shahidi . THIS IS A GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD IDEA!!!!!!”
Coffeezilla comments on SteveWillDoIt’s intention to donate his Happy Dad ownership to people “scammed by Meta Card”
On the same day (September 2, 2026), prominent YouTube investigator Stephen “Coffeezilla” commented on SteveWillDoIt’s X post mentioned above.
He wrote:
“SteveWillDoIt says he would like to donate his Happy Dad % ownership to people “scammed by meta card”. That’s the NFT collection Nelk launched in 2022.”
As of this writing, Kyle Forgeard has not responded to Steve’s recent social media post.
