Strategic Homeland Division (SHD) Agents are asked to handle the situation and extract more intel about the one who is leading this Cleaner expedition.

The Division 2 Y8S3 Red Horizon Week 6 Manhunt: All objectives and how to complete them
Here are the solutions to the sixth set of Scout clues during Week 6 of The Division 2 Red Horizon. Division Agents must complete the following tasks to obtain various rewards.
1) Complete Rescue Operation
For the first objective in The Division 2 Y8S3 Red Horizon Week 6 Manhunt, SHD Agents must complete one Rescue Operation activity affiliated with any hostile faction.
For this activity to show up on your map, you must have all Control Points in a district under friendly Control. This changes the Control Point icons to green, indicating that certain open-world activities like Hostage Rescue, Supply Drop, and Rescue Operations may appear.
Upon reaching the area, use a DPS loadout to clear all hostiles to complete the Rescue Operation. You can use the build shown above (without prototype items) to clear out hostiles faster. An easy way to get the Steel and Sons exotic Rifle is by participating in the new Red Moon Rising event.
2) Kill Named or Elite Cleaners
For the second objective in The Division 2 Y8S3 Red Horizon Week 6 Manhunt, SHD Agents must eliminate five Named or Elite enemies from the Cleaners hostile faction.
To do so, open the Map menu and navigate to the Bounties tab. Look for Named / Elite Cleaners here and activate the bounty. You can also rescue Hostages from Public execution to get Cleaner bounties. Head to the area and clear three waves of enemies before encountering the final boss. Kill them to progress this challenge.
Alternatively, you can target Control Points affiliated with the Cleaner faction to encounter Elite enemies. Note that Elite enemies appear on higher difficulty levels like Challenging and Heroic. Therefore, Heroic difficulty is your best bet for completing this challenge the quickest.
3) Complete Potomac Event Center
For the final challenge in The Division 2 Y8S3 Red Horizon Week 6 Manhunt, SHD Agents must complete the Potomac Event Center on any difficulty level.
To make this challenge easier, you can complete the activity on Normal or Hard. However, if you enjoy a modest challenge, go for a solo-heroic run to test out a new build or weapon for fun. After you complete this main mission, you will obtain the following rewards:

- Collectible item
- Equipment Item x2
