Jacob Fatu takes up massive new role outside WWE; female star makes stunning revelation

For the last few months, it looked like Jacob Fatu was losing his way in WWE until he found his way back to The Bloodline, working under Roman Reigns’ command. Away from the company, too, Fatu seems occupied, as Natalya has revealed that he has taken veteran star Tatanka’s two sons under his tutelage.

The Samoan Werewolf’s fans have been concerned about the direction, or the lack of it, since last year. Though he scored a crucial WrestleMania 42 win over Drew McIntyre and was feuding with Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight Title, he always fell short in matches that meant the most. Now that The Bloodline has reassembled, Jacob Fatu has found his edge back as the muscle of the group.

Barring the occasional tensions that have been teased, it looks like Fatu is now set for another extended time in the stable. In a recent chat with Inside The Ring, Natalya spoke about how Jacob Fatu, who’s a regular at her and Tyson Kidd’s Dungeon, revealed that he was also involved in coaching others.

The former Divas Champion disclosed that Fatu was personally training Tatanka’s sons, who began attending their workshop six months ago.

“When Jacob comes to The Dungeon, he’s not just coming there for himself. What I love about Jacob is that he’s actually coaching others. Jacob has been coaching Tatanka’s sons. Tatanka’s two boys have been coming and training with us for the last 6 months.” (H/T – RingsideNews)

Furthermore, Natalya added that since he was now a pro himself, the former US Champion was guiding Tatanka’s sons both with their promos and in-ring chops.

She feels that, just like Jacob Fatu, more performers should come forward and share their wisdom with the younger crop of stars who are trying to find their way into the business.

“Because of his level of comfort in the ring, you’ll watch him working with them on promos, and you’ll watch Jacob working with them in the ring. That’s what I love. Every single person in this industry should be focusing on not just how to get themselves over, which is great, but also paying it forward.”

WWE employs several second- and third-generation athletes, and it’s safe to assume that if they get to the requisite level, the company wouldn’t shy away from getting Tatanka’s sons on board too.
