BREAKING: Top WWE Superstar Taken Off TV And Is Now Ruled Out Of SummerSlam 2026 Due To ‘Injury’

WWE SummerSlam is inching closer, and some of the biggest stars are still missing from the card for the Biggest Party of the Summer.

Among them is Alexa Bliss, whose future has been hanging in the balance due to injury concerns. An update has emerged on Little Miss Bliss, and it doesn’t seem like she is headed to Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The Wicked Witch of WWE was last seen on television during the July 10 episode of SmackDown. That night, she not only lost to Jade Cargill, but also faced her wrath.

The Storm, who has been in a deeply personal feud with Charlotte Flair, took her frustration out on her best friend. During the post-match shenanigans, the Storm made the Queen watch the Goddess suffer a beatdown at the hands of heels.

Cargill made things personal by trapping Bliss’ left arm inside a steel chair and hyperextending it in front of a helpless Flair. The officials rushed to the ring, but the damage was already done. Bliss was screaming in pain, lying in Flair’s lap, with her arm seemingly being dislocated.

For those unaware, the 34-year-old star is double-jointed, which explains why she was able to bend her arm backwards to sell the assault. Later in the show, Bliss was taken to the medical facility, leaving fans worried about her condition.

It seems like the angle was done to write her off television.

During a recent Q&A session, JoeyVotes of WrestleVotes reported that Alexa Bliss is not scheduled to take part in the interim WWE Women’s Championship ladder match at SummerSlam.

“She’s not planned for the match. For whatever reason. I haven’t heard her name included in SummerSlam plans. She’s got the elbow. So that might be part of why she’s not part of SummerSlam.” (H/T – Ringsidenews)

Alexa Bliss makes an urgent request to WWE

Alexa Bliss recently took to her official X handle to request that management put her and Charlotte Flair in a Five-Woman Ladder Match at the Biggest Party of the Summer.

She said she’s ready to work with an injured arm.

“Put Charlotte & I in the ladder Match – id compete With one arm. Twisted Queens are worthy of the spotlight @MsCharlotteWWE,” she wrote on X.

You can check out her tweet here.

Charlotte Flair is set to face Nia Jax this Friday in an interim Women’s Championship Ladder Match Qualifier. However, Alexa Bliss hasn’t been announced for the qualifiers yet.

She was spotted wearing an arm sling amid her absence.

Will she return in time for SummerSlam this year? Only time will tell.
