Well this is a bit of a surprise. Vegas took both games in Denver and head home with a 2-0 lead over the juggernaut Avalanche. The Avs have been exposed without Cale Makar, but they aren’t taking advantage of a Vegas team without Mark Stone. The Avs won’t get swept, but Vegas is now making it difficult for the Avs to make it a true series. Anything short of taking both in Vegas is tough to take as a positive right now.
