NY Rangers Game 65: Rangers at Winnipeg

The Rangers are in action tonight in Winnipeg after blowing the biggest weekend of the season. By my calculations, the Rangers need to go about 14-4 or 14-3-1 in their final 18 games to hit 95 points and make the playoffs. Their remaining schedule includes just 5 non-playoff teams. Assuming they win all 5, that means 9-4 or 9-3-1 against the playoff teams. This includes Winnipeg tonight.

Suffice it to say, the Rangers need to win games. It doesn’t matter how at this point. If they can stack three goalies in the net and go from there, so be it. Points are all that matter.
