“It’s worse than Diddy”- Ray J says “the feds are coming” to Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner for RICO charges he is helping them build against the duo

Ray J recently claimed that he is about to drop a RICO case on Kim Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, very soon. He commented that such charges are worse than those faced by Sean Diddy Combs, who’s currently in custody.

During a Twitch stream on September 24, Ray J claimed that he is speaking to the feds to build a RICO case against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner. For those unaware, RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) charges refer to a federal law targeting organized criminal activity. Speaking to fellow influencer Chrisean Rock, Ray said:

“This federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Ken is probably crazy. I’m talking about, I’m on the news every day. Meaning, like, I’m gonna say a lot of powers you. Sh*t. Anybody know Kim and fool with him? They need to tell him. Now, the rain is coming, the Feds is coming, the fans is coming. It’s nothing I can do about it’s worse than Diddy. The feds are coming to investigate, yeah, because it’s like, I can’t be the dirty guy no more.”

Ray J’s comment comparing RICO charges to those faced by Diddy quickly went viral online. Sean Diddy Combs is currently in jail, after being found guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution. His highly-publicized criminal trial ended earlier this year, with the court refusing to grant him bail. The rapper was also facing charges of s*x trafficking and racketeering, but was acquitted of those charges.

As of this writing, there is no evidence or reports to suggest any charges against Kim Kardashian or her mother, Kris Jenner.

In his aforementioned Twitch stream with Chrisean Rock, Ray J also criticized Kim Kardashian for not contributing to Kai Cenat’s fundraiser. Kardashian recently appeared on Cenat’s stream as well. Ray said:

“Old icons coming on Kai’s stream to promote themselves but don’t return the favor! No Twitch account even to try gifting him or engaging with the chat! SMH.”

Ray then accused multiple celebrities apart from Kim Kardashian of not contributing to Cenat’s fundraiser and also not helping him reach one million subscribers. He continued:

“These individuals didn’t gift him anything. He’s trying to reach a million subs; Kim, Mariah, John Legend—all y’all… I gifted around 15,000 that night. What have you done for our friend?”

Meanwhile, this is not the first time Ray made such comments on the Kardashians. Earlier this year, Ray suggested that he wouldn’t be surprised if the Kardashians face RICO charges. Speaking on TMZ Presents: United States V. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial, he said:

“If you told me that the Kardashians were being charged with racketeering, I might believe it.”

Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian is busy with her entrepreneurial ventures, including her underwear brand, SKIMS. She recently collaborated with Nike to launch a new active wear line called NikeSKIMS, set to hit stores on September 26.

As of this writing, Kim Kardashian or Kris Jenner has not publicly commented on Ray J’s controversial statements.
