The Rangers have now lost three in a row, with yesterday’s loss at Boston being the most damaging. The Rangers needed that win, as it was a four point swing game for them. In all fairness, they needed to win that game and the next game against Boston. But now they have to beat Vegas and make up ground. This year is shaping up to be one of disappointment, even after the JT Miller trade.
There isn’t much else to say now. The Rangers dug themselves a hole, and it’s up to them to figure it out. They need to go on a prolonged run through the end of the season. Better than their 8-3-3 January record.
