The Rangers continue to spiral, blowing a third period lead in Raleigh the other night in a 4-3 loss. Today is their Black Friday tradition, playing an away game at 1pm. This time it’s the Flyers, who really shouldn’t post too much of a challenge for the Blueshirts, but the way they’ve been playing, every team is going to give them a challenge. They need to snap out of this funk.
Chris Kreider and Filip Chytil are still out, and there is no word on when either will return. On the bright side, Kaapo Kakko looks fine at center. Baby steps.
