Jordan Love, wife Ronika reveal surprise pregnancy with due date ahead of Packers’ playoff run

Jordan Love and his wife, Ronika Stone, kicked off 2026 with a major personal announcement. On Thursday, the couple revealed that they are welcoming a new member to the family.

In an Instagram post that Ronika Stone shared, she announced that they are welcoming their first child together, which is due in spring 2026. It included several photos of Jordan Love’s wife showing off her pregnancy bump while posing with the Green Bay Packers quarterback. In one of the snippets, we see Ronika posing with a miniature version of her husband’s jersey.

“New year, new addition,” Ronika Stone wrote in the caption.

Ronika Stone is the daughter of retired two-time Super Bowl champion Ron Stone. She and Jordan Love got engaged in June 2024 after dating since 2020. That was the year when the quarterback joined the Packers as a 26th overall pick.

A year later, this June, the couple took the next step forward in their relationship and tied the knot. They got married in Dana Point, California. Ronika Stone took to social media to share several photos from their picturesque wedding ceremony.

“Mr. & Mrs. Love,” Stone wrote.

Love began his NFL career with the Packers as a third-string option on the QB depth chart during his rookie debut. He was then promoted to backup duties after Tim Boyle left to join the Detroit Lions.

In 2023, the Packers parted ways with veteran Aaron Rodgers after 18 seasons, trading him to the New York Jets. That is when Love was named as his replacement and took over the QB1 duties. He led the team to the playoffs in the past two seasons, but failed to advance to the Super Bowl.

This season, the Packers once again qualified for the playoffs and have secured the No.7 seed as a wild-card contender. In 15 appearances, Jordan Love has tallied 3,381 yards and 23 TDs passing. He was benched during last week’s loss to the Ravens after failing to clear concussion protocol.

Packers coach Matt LaFleur shares Jordan Love update ahead of Week 18 game against the Vikings

The Packers will face the Minnesota Vikings in their final regular-season game before beginning preparations for the playoffs. On Thursday, coach Matt LaFleur provided an update on Love’s availability for that game.

The quarterback has cleared concussion protocol for Week 18. He said that Love will not start the game but will be kept as a conditional backup option on the depth chart.

“If he’s the backup on game day and if something bad happened, then you’ve got not many other options,” LaFleur said as per ESPN. “But the intent, I would say, is not to play him.”

The Packers vs Vikings game will kick off on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
