Love this backrest pillow. I use it on the couch when I watch TV. It is soft and comfortable but also sturdy enough to give you back support. I have a feeling my daughter will be stealing this for her dorm room. When it first arrived and out of the package it has a “smell” I let it air out and sprayed it with some Fabreez and it is just fine now.
