Combining High- & Low-Level Therapeutics for Chronic Pain
There are many different approaches that can be taken to improve chronic pain and dysfunction. Sometimes we need to intervene with high level therapies, but most of the time we want to heavily focus on the low level therapies.
Even when we are looking at doing high level therapies, we don’t want to ignore the low level therapies such as nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications. These approaches need to form the backbone of our healing approach.
